SHOT BLASTING

s we Baydemir to extend the lifetime of our products, upon our customers’ requests we are sanding products in our own facilities. Sanding with granul both effaces apeears on metal surface or micronized rust and corrosion, and reveals the essence of the metal. Shotblasting is the operation of inflicting the sand to metal surface with high-pressure air. During this inflict the sand both corrodes the metal surface at micron level and cleans all kinds of undesirable substances such as rust, oil, dirt on surface and prepare the surface for the paint application. After shotplasting application in case metal contact with air, corrosion begins from this point and spreads all over the metal. In shotblasting operations in order not to encounter this kind of problem we work with a professional team in our latest technology facility and delivered products on time. Our surface cleaning values used for shotblasting comply with the standard of ISO 8501- 1:1998 and TSE EN ISO 8501-1.

Baydemir professional team make shop primer to product that before shotblasting to blocking air in painting facility. Shop Primer and anticorrosive pigments improve the corrosion resistance of metal by pacifying the surface. It does not affect weld and cutting also their quality.
